1. Payment Term:
A consultation fee is required at time of booking.
2. Non-Refundable Consultation Fee:
The consultation fee is non-refundable. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD ANY PROGRAM YOU CHOOSE TO SIGN UP FOR OR IT CAN BE APPLIED TOWARD OTHER SERVICES WE OFFER.
3. Appointment Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking of your appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate.
4. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 1 business day in advance by calling 325-227-4981. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will require you to reschedule and pay a new consultation fee.
