How To Get Started With InShapeMD

Schedule a Consultation
Book a discovery call or a face-to-face appointment to cover your goals, complete a health history and review all programs.
Step 2
Enroll In The Program
Complete your intake forms (Medical Questionnaire and Medical History) and get labs drawn for the comprehensive blood panel
Step 3
Appointment with Provider
The nurse practitioner will review your lab results, as well as your medical history, to further assess eligibility and, if medically appropriate, prescribe the medicine you are requesting.
Step 4
Prescription is shipped
Medication is shipped to the InShapeMD clinic. Once received, you will get a text message to pick-up. Out of town customers, receive their medication directly to their house.
